Note: Connect the AC 220V input power according to the black wire shown in the figure above, and connect the remote drive (passive switch) signal with the white wire. Turn on the power, and the power indicator on the panel of the explosion-proof box will be on. Turn the remote knob to the local position, press the ignition button on the explosion-proof box panel to start ignition, and release the ignition button to stop ignition. For remote control, turn the local / remote knob on the panel of the explosion-proof box to the remote position, input the remote drive (passive switching value) signal, the igniter starts to ignite, and stop the remote drive to stop ignition.

The outer diameter of the conventional ignition rod is Φ16, the installation thread is M18 × 1.5, the outer diameter, length and connection method of the ignition rod in special cases can be customized according to user requirements. The length of the ignition cable can also be customized according to customer needs.

(2) If the torch is to be used in the application, the ignition rod needs to be fixed with a special ignition rod clip, and the ignition end of the ignition rod is 100-200mm away from the diffusion opening. The ignition rod is a new structure ignition rod, and there is no need to adjust the discharge distance.
2. This series of ignition device consists of explosion-proof box, special ignition cable and ignition rod. When installing, connect the ignition box and the ignition rod with a special ignition cable. The power supply is 220V.AC.
1. Before the ignition, make sure that the furnace has been purged without residual flammable gas. Prevents accidents such as deflagration when starting ignition.
2. When igniting, the ignition device should be turned on first, and then injected with fuel (gas) to ignite.
3. When the igniter is used for fuel ignition, the fuel should be atomized well. If the atomization quality is too poor, the ignition success rate will be affected. After the ignition is completed, the ignition rod must be manually exited from the flame combustion area using a propeller or manually to ensure the life of the ignition rod.
4. When the fuel is ignited during ignition, turn off the igniter. In order to avoid burnout of internal components caused by continuous ignition for a long time, a protection module has been added inside the igniter. If the ignition is continued for 10 seconds, the ignition output will be automatically stopped. Press the local ignition button again or turn on the remote drive to resume ignition.
5. Do not drop the ignition rod when installing and using it, to prevent the insulation porcelain of the ignition rod from cracking, causing high voltage leakage, no ignition, etc., which seriously affects the safety and normal operation of the equipment.
