RXZJ-102 UV flame monitor is a non-contact flame monitor. When installing, please point the probe at the flame. The maximum temperature used by the probe is 80 ° C. When the user uses it on a burner or other high-temperature equipment, the detection channel in front of the probe must be ventilated and cooled. The diameter of the detection channel is not less than φ18, and the mounting thread of the probe is M20 × 1.5.
According to relevant regulations, the monitoring sensitivity distance is 0.5 meters (in the case of a detection channel of φ18), but the monitoring distance will increase with the increase of the flame radiation intensity and the detection channel, but the maximum distance generally does not exceed 2 meters.
To improve monitoring sensitivity, the sensor cable should not be mixed with other power or signal lines.
RXZJ-102 UV flame monitor has been debugged at the factory, and it can be used under normal circumstances. If the probe is too far away from the monitor and the distributed capacitance caused by the wiring is too large, a fire is displayed in the absence of flame. Please open the module and slowly adjust the matching potentiometer in the middle of the module counterclockwise until the fire indicator (green) goes out. The module is debugged until the relay is released. After commissioning, close the module cover. Please pay attention not to overshoot when debugging, overshoot affects the monitoring sensitivity.
1. The burner has no fire, but the monitoring shows fire. This is the interference caused by the distributed capacitance gradually increasing after the monitoring line is wet. Please turn on the module and slowly adjust the potentiometer counterclockwise until the fire indicator (green) goes out. Until release.
2. The burner has fire, but the monitor shows no fire. There may be two reasons. One is that the probe lens is covered by dust. Please clean the quartz lens of the probe. The other is that the impedance matching potentiometer is overshoot. Adjust the potentiometer until the ignition indicator (green) is on and the relay is closed.
3. If the lens of the probe is accidentally broken during installation or use, do not replace it with ordinary glass sheets, because ordinary glass sheets cannot transmit ultraviolet rays generated by flames.
