Operation procedure :
1. The explosion-proof remote high-energy igniter is connected to the AC 220V power supply, and the power indicator on the box is on.
2. Local panel operation ignition process: Turn the switch to the local position, press the ignition button, the igniter starts ignition, and release the button to stop ignition. After pressing the ignition button for about 10 seconds, the igniter automatically stops working. If there is a fire in the discharge port, the ignition is successful. Release the ignition button and the local ignition ends. If the ignition is not successful, you can release the button and then press the ignition button again to ignite.
3. Ignition process for remote operation: Turn the switch to the remote position, turn on the power switch on the right side of the remote control board, press the ignition button (on) on the remote control board, the igniter starts to fire, and the ignition indicator on the control box lights up for 10 seconds Time adjustable). After 10 seconds, observe the fire in the diffusing port to ignite successfully; if the ignition is not successful, you can manually press the ignition stop button (off) on the remote control board to reset, and then press the ignition button to reignite. After the ignition is finished, press the ignition stop button to turn off the power switch on the right side of the remote control board.

1. Before the ignition, make sure that the furnace has been purged without residual flammable gas. Prevents accidents such as deflagration when starting ignition.
2. When igniting, the ignition device should be turned on first, and then injected with fuel (gas) to ignite.
3. When the igniter is used for fuel ignition, the fuel should be atomized well. If the atomization quality is too poor, the ignition success rate will be affected. After the ignition is completed, the ignition rod must be manually exited from the flame combustion area using a propeller or manually to ensure the life of the ignition rod.
4. When the fuel is ignited during ignition, turn off the igniter. In order to avoid burnout of internal components caused by continuous ignition for a long time, a protection module has been added inside the igniter. The ignition output will automatically stop after 10 seconds of continuous ignition. Press the local ignition button again or press the ignition stop button on the remote control panel (off ) Reset, then press the ignition button again to reignite.
5. Do not drop the ignition rod when installing and using it, to prevent the insulation porcelain of the ignition rod from cracking, causing high voltage leakage, no ignition, etc., which seriously affects the safety and normal operation of the equipment.
6. The remote control board and explosion-proof remote high-energy igniter are supporting devices. If multiple sets are used, one-to-one correspondence is required.
