BWZJ-13 UV flame monitor is a non-contact flame monitor. When installing, please point the probe at the flame. The maximum temperature used by the probe is 80 ° C. When the user uses it on a burner or other high-temperature equipment, the detection channel in front of the probe must be ventilated and cooled. The diameter of the detection channel is not less than Φ18, and the mounting thread of the probe is M20 × 1.5.
Installation of the control box
The structure of the control box is wall-mounted. Use four M8 bolts to install the device at a suitable location on the site. The installation position must be protected from high temperature, strong vibration or impact.
For wiring, refer to the wiring diagram in the control box.
Power 220VAC / 50Hz 6A If the AC power used by the user is an ungrounded power supply, such as an isolation transformer, please ground one line of the power supply.
Note that the flame signal line and the high-current power line cannot be routed in a pipe, but should be routed separately. After installing and confirming that the wiring is correct, you can run with power.
1. Close the power circuit breaker of the control box, and the power indicator light is on.
2. Turn the operation switch to the on state, the operation indicator light is on, and the fuel valve is opened at the same time. (Reserve the ignition time for 10 seconds, keep the fuel valve open until the ignition time ends in 10 seconds. After the ignition time is over, the fuel valve is The flame signal is used to open or close the fuel valve. For example, the fire remains open and closes without fire.) The flame monitoring system starts to run. If a fire is detected, the fire indicator lights up. Conversely, if no fire is detected or the flame is extinguished, the fuel solenoid valve is automatically closed and the audible and visual alarm lights are sounded to remind the operator that the flame is extinguished. After the operator is in place, he can turn the operation switch to the off position, the alarm beep will stop, and the operation indicator will go out. After the operator removes the fault, the system operation can be restarted.
To improve monitoring sensitivity, the sensor cable should not be mixed with other power or signal lines.
RXBQ-102S flameout protection alarm control box has been debugged at the factory. Generally, it can be used after installation. If the probe is too far away from the monitor and the distributed capacitance caused by the wiring is too large, a fire is displayed without a flame. Please open the module and slowly adjust the matching potentiometer in the middle of the module counterclockwise until the red indicator light is off and the relay is released. So far, the module is debugged, and the module cover is closed. Please pay attention not to overshoot when debugging, overshoot affects the monitoring sensitivity.
After the installation is completed and the wiring is correct, you can run it with power and the power indicator is on. On the panel of the control box, there is a running switch. Turn the switch to the working state. The running indicator is on. When there is a flame signal, the fire indicator is on. When there is no flame signal, the fire indicator is off and the audible and visual alarm sounds.
The burner has no fire, but the monitor shows fire. This is the interference caused by the gradually increasing distributed capacitance of the monitoring line after it is wet. Please turn on the module and slowly adjust the potentiometer counterclockwise until the red indicator light is off and the relay is released.
The burner has fire, but the monitor shows no fire. There may be two reasons. One is that the probe lens is covered by dust. Please clean the quartz lens of the probe. The other is the impedance matching potentiometer overshoot. Please open the module and adjust the potential slowly clockwise. Until the red indicator light is on and the relay is closed.
If the lens of the probe is accidentally broken during installation or use, do not replace it with ordinary glass sheets, because ordinary glass sheets cannot transmit ultraviolet rays generated by flames.
Note: In any case, it is not recommended that the customer open the monitor module to adjust the sensitivity of the product. If adjustment is required, please contact our technicians for guidance.
